What can I say but… Outstanding customer service and what a professional service provided as a whole by RD Cleaning Services for our Community Strata within our estate in Kellyville NSW.We had many past issues with several previous gardening contractors, e.g. not attending site and being charged for visits that they never attended, plus the sub-standard work being provided, the constant follow up (leading to our common areas seeing overgrown grass, weeds, lots of fallen tree branches accumulated throughout the park area, and our sidewalk trees bushing out onto our foot paths).
This led to the common property looking unkempt and less desirable for years even though the Estate was only few years old.
We’re extremely happy with Alpesh and RD cleaning team’s work efforts this far, especially within such a short period of time. Your hard work has transformed our estate and looking better than ever. Looking forward to many years of your valued service.
Our Strata community has finally found the best company to service our strata community, going above and beyond to maintain our neighborhood circuit, park and all common areas etc. to the strata committee’s expectation.
Since our Strata Estate backs onto a bush reserve we also included pest control to their contract which we highly recommend. Since this was added there are now fewer pests within the common areas, plus the rodent traps have been distributed around the common area, deterring further pest from entering our homes. The yearly pest control schedule provided is an added bonus and is a peace of mind for our community, making it much safer in terms of venomous pests in the kids play areas and structures which was an issue previously.
We’ve also added storm water drain cleaning, since we were so impressed with their service.
We highly recommend RD Cleaning and Pest Control to anyone looking for a personal touch – one that can be credited to Alpesh and his team! So glad that there’s still great companies like theirs that are exceeding expectations – which our community here in Kellyville is so grateful for.

Since August, 2017, RD Cleaning Professionals PTY LTD has managed the site clean of multiple October Sun events including events as large as 30,000 people down to smaller events of only 100-200 people.
They have consistently provided highly experienced cleaning staff, high quality infrastructure including bins and cleaning utensils and have ensured all event sites are kept spotless for the duration of the event and the site is thoroughly cleaned on completion of the event.

RD facilities management cleaning and pester control services has had the responsibility of cleaning the apartment block I live in for approximately 2 years. The cleaning service has been more than adequate in regards to cleanliness, communication between the cleaning service and the Strata management and OC has been great, and they have definitely adjust accordingly to the building’s needs to improve the service they are delivering.
Just recently we have required deep cleaning services in relation to covid19, they were super prompt, thorough, informative, and safe in their delivery of this extra service.

We are using RD Cleaning service for our Strata building in Wentworthville since 2015. Before we had so many issues with our cleaning service but since RD cleaning took over, we are in good condition. They also do our bin cleaning and Gardening.
